Refund policy

At SunBloom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: items that have been used or opened, items purchased on final sale, and gift cards.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@sunbloomskin.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-3 business days with instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sunbloomskin.shop.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order may already be processed and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
